Resolved Question: Tortoiseshell Cats & Their personality?29 October 2009, 6:34 pmI have had 2 Tortoiseshell cats and sadly I lost one to the 2007 Pet Food Recall,thankye China and FDA for killing my baby but moving on here,I have 1 Tortoiseshell "Trinity" left and she has the personality of a rattle snake at times and has tried to bite me or my husband when petting her down her backside near the base of her tail,she is not affectionate andI have had her since she was 9 weeks old,now just 3 weeks ago i rescued another Tortoiseshell kitten and this poor thing is timid and skittish and I have been trying to get her more socialized before adopting her out and if I don't she will not be adopted,I do not want her to turn out like my "Trinity",any ideas or tips?
